Nice to meet you. I’m Agi (Agnieszka) Korzeniewska.
I’m a psychotherapist and professional breathworker. I work with women who want to feel more at ease in their lives.
If you’re tired of carrying the weight of everything and wish someone could take care of you for once, I’m here.
I don’t sugarcoat things. I say things the way I see them, and I welcome your anger and tears. When we work together, we go at your pace, not mine, however that looks for you.
HOW I WORKI chose to train as a transpersonal psychotherapist because this approach honours the whole of who you are: your thoughts, your family system, your relationships, culture, religion and also your breath and your body.
In our work together, we gently look at what’s working in your life and what’s not. We notice where you’re doing too much, what you’re neglecting that really matters, and where the pain might be coming from. I’ve trained in many different therapeutic approaches, but what matters most is that I meet you just as you are, and wherever you are right now.. I listen closely to what you say (and what you don’t), and together we figure out what kind of support you need.
Our bodies carry the stories we haven’t always had words for, and I help you reconnect with those stories through the breath and presence. Many of my clients refer their friends, saying, “If you want more than just talking therapy, go and see Agi.” I take that as a big compliment.
As someone with ADHD, I notice everything. In therapy, this means I’m attuned to even the smallest details: how you pause before answering a hard question, the way you smile when you talk about your children, or how you seem suddenly drained thinking about what to make for dinner. Since working with clients with ADHD—and later being diagnosed myself—I’ve completed extensive training in supporting neurodivergent clients, including those parenting neurodivergent children.
MY STORYBefore I changed career, I worked in finance at several major banks, which helps me understand women in high-pressure corporate environments. I then began working as a rebirthing breathworker, using conscious breathing therapeutically, and later decided to train as a transpersonal psychotherapist. I went straight into private practice, and along the way I also worked as a student counsellor in secondary schools and colleges. Today I work in private practice, focusing on working with women in their motherhood.
I started focusing on women and mothers in my therapy practice when I saw how much of the pain carried by the young people I supported was connected to the quiet, unseen pain their mothers were carrying too. When a woman begins to feel more herself again, everyone around her benefits, especially her children. I’m also a mother myself, so I know how much we carry.
My primary focus is working with women who give so much to others that they forget to care for themselves. I support women through relationship challenges, motherhood, anxiety, depression, difficult birth and life transitions like career change, or just that heavy feeling of being stuck.
Alongside long-term therapy, I offer short-term, intensive EMDR therapy for birth trauma. I want mothers to feel at ease as quickly as possible, so they can connect with their babies and enjoy motherhood.
WHY MY ADHD HELPSAs someone with ADHD, I notice everything. In therapy, this means I’m attuned to even the smallest details: how you pause before answering a hard question, the way you smile when you talk about your children, or how you seem suddenly drained thinking about what to make for dinner.
Since working with clients with ADHD, and later being diagnosed myself, I’ve completed extensive training in supporting neurodivergent clients, including those parenting neurodivergent children.
Do you remember when laughing came easily and joy was a part of everyday life? What if you could pause for a moment, take a breath, and ask yourself: what do I really need? What do I want? And then… actually give yourself permission to follow that?
At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: you already have within you everything you need to feel whole. Sometimes, we just need someone to walk with us as we find our way back to that inner knowing. Whether you're facing relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, a difficult birth, ADHD, anxiety, depression or just feeling lost, I’m here to meet you with empathy, presence and curiosity.
My training includes Transpersonal Psychotherapy, Rebirthing and Breathwork Therapy, Family and Systemic Constellations, EMDR Trauma Therapy, Energy Therapy, Voice Dialogue, and more. If you come with a specific focus in mind, such as intensive EMDR sessions for birth trauma, we focus on that. Otherwise, I draw from all of these approaches to support you in a way that’s intuitive, grounded and tailored to your needs.

Alongside my private practice as a psychotherapist and breathworker, I have extensive experience supporting young people through my work as a student counsellor in both secondary school and college settings. I currently serve as the National Representative for the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF) and have held various roles within the British Rebirth Society (BRS), contributing to the development and promotion of conscious breathing practices in the UK and beyond.
Before retraining as a therapeutic breathworker and later as a psychotherapist, I worked in finance across several major banks. This first-hand experience helps me deeply understand the unique pressures faced by women, especially mothers, in fast-paced, high-performance environments—especially within corporate cultures shaped by traditionally masculine values. I support women who are navigating these spaces, helping them reconnect with their inner resources, set boundaries, and thrive without compromising their well-being or authenticity.
